About the Author
Malika Agila was born and brought up in India and has spent most of her adult life in New Zealand and now resides in Australia. This clash of divergent cultures and her own personal life experiences are reflected in her writing.
Becoming Venus is her poetry collection written over the years as part of understanding humans on why people do what they do and what makes us tick.
In her own words, "Humans and our behaviors are intriguing. I am forever drawn to the notion that life is so simple but we make it complex. Hope you are able to relate to some of my writings.. if not, I have lot more to learn about us".
Apart from writing, motorbike riding and photography are her meditation.
